Eric Reynolds Eric has been practicing martial and health arts since 1989. He began in Goju Karate and quickly
became fascinated with the internal arts due to his prior involvement with meditation practice (since 1975). In 1991 he began
training in Baguazhang, Tai Chi Chuan, and Qigong.He first encountered Jiulong Baguazhang™ and Dr. Painter in 1993. He found the combination of relaxed movement with mental imagery fascinating and has never looked back. To this day, Eric finds the Jiulong methods as fresh and interesting as when he first encountered them. "I feel we all want peace and happiness in our lives. Since our mental and physical health forms the foundation of our well-being, it only makes sense to find methods which truly work for us and that we can continue to practice well into our senior years.
